Are the floral arrangements real or artificial?

All our pre-designed floral arches and arrangements are high-quality faux flowers, crafted to look realistic for any event.

How do I make a reservation?

You can reserve items by emailing us or text/call us.

What's included in the rental?

Each rental includes delivery, setup, and pick up at your event location (depending on distance and availability).

Can I see the arches and flower arrangements before renting?

Absolutely! You can schedule an appointment to visit our studio in Hendersonville.

How much is delivery?

Our delivery fee is free within 20 miles of Hendersonville. Beyond 20 miles the delivery charge is $1.00 for mile.

Can I rent the arch without flowers?

We specialize in pre-designed sets, but if you're looking for just the arch, feel free to ask. We will check availability and options.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 6 months in advance, especially during peak wedding seasons or holidays. Many of our clients book 6 to 12 months in advance.

Can I customize the colors or style?

We offer pre-designed styles to simplify the process, but we can accommodate color changes. Contact us for customization options.

Can I move the arch or flower arrangements during the event?

We strongly advise against moving the arch once it's installed. The flower arrangement is no problem but must be treated with care. Any damages or loss may result in additional charges, as outlined in our rental agreement.

What if I need to cancel my event?

Cancellations are no problem, but they must be made at least one month before the event date. Cancellations made with less than one month's notice will incur an additional fee, as the arrangement and date will already be reserved for you.
